Shipping and Refund Policy

We ship from Maryland.

How much does US shipping cost?

Flat rate shipping is $9.95 for all domestic orders totaling less than $100.

How much does International shipping cost?

International shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the international address inputted.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped weekly on Wednesdays. 

Domestic standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days via USPS.

International shipping can take up to 5-21 business days via USPS. 

ORDERS SHIPPING: If you haven't received your item after 30 days please contact the shipping carrier. All our orders come with tracking and we only work with trusted suppliers.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and the appropriate tracking number is issued for the package.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International shipping is through USPS First Class Shipping International. 

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

What if I am not at home for the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually, the postal service will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home, and you can then collect your package at the designated post office. 

Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them, it is their job to get it to you.

Please review your shipping address when placing your order. 

We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us. we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

The items in our shop have a no returns, refunds, or exchange. Due to the nature of items sold in our shop, no items are eligible to be returned after purchase. 

We advise all customers to read the description of all items prior to purchase, as none are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. 

Stripe Refund Policy

Please read before booking. You can make cancellations/reschedules/changes to your appointment via email up to 48 hours prior to your session. Appointment changes outside of the 48-hour window are responsible for 100% of fees. The location is a private location in Waldorf, MD, and the address will be emailed 24 hours prior to your appointment. If this is a virtual session, you will receive the Zoom link 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Credit Card Chargebacks are not tolerated for services rendered and for missing the cancellation/ reschedule/ changes policy.
