Embrace Your Authentic Self

I have to admit, I use to be fake, phony, a people pleaser...ALL DAT! All for the sake of making those around me more comfortable.

But before you go judging me, I have to share that I am reformed.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Most of my conditioning was rooted in childhood trauma that caused me to feel that I could not be myself. Often ridiculed or shamed for simply being me.

As I grew up, I struggled with knowing how to be me, not feeling confident in who I was, & often didn't feel accepted. This is mostly what lead me to be a Mental Health Therapist and Energy Healer.

As time, age, and life experiences guided me through my journey of self-discovery, I have found these to be the top 5 things I have engaged in to embrace my authentic self.
