Mantra

"Just because you can, doesn't mean you should."

This phrase has turned into a mantra in my life for me to stay on my path.

As a recovering "conquer the world" enthusiast, I've learned that just because I feel in the moment that I have the bandwidth to take something on doesn't mean I should move forward with it.

Working through unpacking my Human Design has shown me that I often don't have the energetic capacity for most of the things I think I do.

And while I feel I "can" do it, I have to ask myself:

1. Do I "want" to do this, and if so why?
2. Am I doing this out of obligation for someone else's feelings?
3. Is this something that I can write down and act on later?

Having a Splenic authority in Human Design has taught me how to decern my intuition nudging me forward, or my open head causing me to be distracted.

This is also how I guide my clients through the decision-making process they face in their life, business, career, relationships, etc.

Using a unique integration of psychotherapy, human design, and coaching to help them uncover the deep-rooted hindrances they are facing, move through energetic blockages, and feel more confident in their choices.
