Do you sit with yourself long enough to see, feel, and hear what it is you need?

I have been very candid this week about how my anxiety was sparked and how important it is to regulate your nervous system when trying to manifest.

As promised, I am here today to share my "go-to" tool for regulating my nerves, decreasing my anxiety, and getting myself to a state where manifesting is a breeze.

My go-to is guided meditation. I typically can guide myself, but when I am out of whack, having someone guide me into a deep state of self-connection is powerful.

Though I am a healer, it's NOTHING like engaging in healing and allowing myself to be the client. This can look like me connecting with my life coach, listening to a guided meditation on the Calm app, or listening to a sound session from my favorite sound healer chocolate yoga destinations.

When we are in a meditative state, we can get a grip on where our thoughts are marinating, hear from our higher self (our intuition), and allow our breath to open energetic blockages that are causing anxiety and blocking our manifestations.

In this video, I had the pleasure to guide my client through a sound healing meditation focusing on the crown, heart, and root chakra. This session invited my client into feelings of groundedness, self-love, and intuition connection. These were the key areas of focus needed to dispel self-doubt and to harness their energy to draw in her manifestations.

This is the power of working with a healer 1:1 to guide you through your journey, where it be in your personal life or business. We can all be supported in connecting deeper to self.
